PHOENIX currently has templates for record keeping of monthly reports:

Month End Reports including graphs (year to year comparisons).

Cheque Requisitions, Petty cash, Revenues, Cash Cheques, Revenues, Debit/Credit Cards.

Movement Summaries – daily, monthly and yearly. Monthly reports also include information to keep the municipality up to date on airport activities such as hangar growth, new airport users, commercial activity and community awareness programs and events.

Procedures Manual:

Review the current Emergency Procedures Manual in place.

Update all manuals with current information so they comply with Transport Canada (TC), Nav Canada, and the Transport Safety Board (TSB)

Strategic Plan:

Review any strategic plan in place for the airport.

Move forward with any unfinished items as well as reviewing if changes or adjustments need to be made to the existing plan.

Work with the Municipality on expanding the plan for future years.

Our day-to-day operations include:

Writing Emergency procedures.

Looking after GPS approach installations, runway and taxi way regulations and how they comply.

Working successfully with local hangar owners and Municipal Staff to ensure guide lines are met.

Communicating with the users of the airport.

Promoting and assisting the municipality with economic development.

Doing all daily inspection logs and runway checks along with the necessary documentation.
